Design Fee & Revisions

Clear Design Fee Before You Start

Start with one room or a whole-house scope. George Group confirms the design fee before any work begins, so buyers can review cost, revision rules and deduction terms clearly.

Good for early project evaluation

Use this section to confirm whether design support fits your room count, project stage and purchasing plan.

One-space design starts from USD 200. Whole-house design is usually quoted at USD 4–12/sqm, depending on project area, style complexity and required deliverables.

No. One room is acceptable. You can start with a single kitchen, bathroom, bedroom or living space before expanding to a larger project scope.

The design service includes 3 major style revisions. Minor adjustments can usually be made around 10–15 times as long as the confirmed style direction does not change.

Yes. The design fee can be 100% deducted from the material order when the purchase amount reaches 20 times the design fee.

Usually no. Design cost depends on the space type, total area, style complexity and deliverables required. For long-term cooperation, George Group can discuss a more stable pricing method after understanding your project pattern.

What’s Included

What You Receive in the Design Package

Confirm what the design service includes before you start. The standard package focuses on visual direction, space modeling and product matching, while extra technical files can be quoted separately when needed.

Standard design first, technical files when needed

This keeps the design stage clear for buyers who only need visual confirmation, while still supporting projects that require drawings, specifications or floor plans.

The standard design quotation can include 3D modeling, furniture design and matching, renderings and 720° panoramic roaming.

They can be provided when needed, but they are quoted separately and are not included in the basic design quotation.

  • Construction drawings
  • Material specifications
  • Floor plans

Yes. George Group can share relevant completed design cases by email, so you can understand the design output before confirming the next step.

Yes. Product matching can be part of the design process, especially for cabinets, furniture, sanitary ware, lighting and other full-house materials. Final product quotation is confirmed separately based on selected styles and quantities.

Timeline

Timeline From Design to Delivery

Check the usual time needed for design, production drawings, manufacturing and shipping before planning your project schedule.

Timeline depends on confirmation speed

The schedule can move faster or slower depending on drawings, style confirmation, product selection, payment timing and logistics conditions.

One-space design usually takes about 7 days after the basic information and style direction are confirmed.

Whole-house design usually takes about 30 days after the main style direction is confirmed. If there are many revisions or extra technical requirements, the timeline may be longer.

Production drawings usually take about 5 working days after the order is confirmed and the 30% deposit is received.

Standard production usually takes about 45 days after production drawings are finalized. Quality inspection photos are normally shared before packing and shipment.

Shipping time depends on the destination country, port, route and actual logistics conditions. For many sea-freight destinations, the difference is usually not very large, but the exact estimate should be confirmed before shipment. You can send us your destination country or port, and George Group will help check the approximate shipping time.

The usual process is design confirmation, product matching, quotation confirmation, production drawing review, manufacturing, quality inspection, packing, loading and shipping.

  • Design stage: confirm space, style and design scope.
  • Order stage: confirm products, quotation, drawings and deposit.
  • Production stage: manufacturing, QC photos and packing.
  • Delivery stage: balance payment, loading and sea freight.

George Group follows the agreed contract schedule. If an unexpected delay happens, the team will communicate with you and negotiate a suitable solution based on the actual situation.

Pricing, Orders & Samples

Before You Order: Pricing, Samples & Certifications

Check how quotation, samples, certification requirements and product substitutions are handled before you confirm an order.

Quotation depends on selected products

A useful quote needs product category, style direction, quantity, customization details, destination country and shipping requirements.

Not as one fixed universal list. George Group’s product range and customization options are broad, so quotation depends on selected styles, product category, customization details and quantity.

There is no universal fixed discount for all orders. For long-term cooperation, George Group can discuss project-based pricing before order confirmation.

There is no fixed minimum order value for design-related inquiries. For product orders, the final quotation depends on selected items, quantity, packaging and shipping requirements.

Yes. Some material samples, such as color samples, tiles and stone materials, may be provided free of charge. Finished product samples are charged at actual market price, and the client pays the shipping cost.

Relevant products can support certifications such as FloorScore, CARB2, CSA and UL, depending on the product category. Certification requirements should be confirmed before quotation.

Yes. George Group will confirm with the client before making substitutions. Replacement confirmation is usually handled quickly after communication.

Warranty, Damage & Proof

What Happens After Delivery?

Check how damage claims, product warranty, after-sales support and real project references are handled after delivery.

After-sales handling depends on the actual issue

Warranty, replacement and damage claims are reviewed based on product category, order terms, photos, inspection timing and actual site conditions.

Under normal use, products usually carry a warranty ranging from 2 to 5 years, depending on the product category and confirmed order terms.

Please inspect the goods within 48 hours after receipt. If visible damage is found, contact George Group with photos and details so the issue can be reviewed according to the claim process.

You can contact your George Group sales contact or the after-sales team. The team will coordinate with the relevant internal department and help review the issue and possible replacement parts where applicable.

Yes. George Group can share relevant completed project photos or case references by email, so buyers can review real project examples before making the next decision.
