China sourcing is usually more practical for a new villa, custom home or major renovation that requires several product categories. Custom cabinets, wardrobes, vanities, doors, windows, tiles, sanitary ware, lighting, stairs and furniture are commonly sourced from China. Cement, sand, plasterboard, basic construction materials and low-value bulky products are usually better purchased locally. Products requiring local approval should be checked before ordering.

George Group is a manufacturer and whole-home project supplier. We manufacture key customized products through our own production facilities and coordinate other specialist product categories through approved manufacturing partners. We are not simply an agent that introduces factories and leaves the client to manage them.

Different products are made by factories specializing in those categories. Cabinets, windows, sanitary ware, tiles, lighting and furniture do not come from one production line. George Group manages the suppliers, drawings, samples, production schedule, quality checks, packing and delivery under one project plan.

Our design and technical teams review your floor plans, room layouts and product requirements. We prepare or confirm the production drawings with you before manufacturing. Final site dimensions must also be checked by the client, builder or local installer because they are responsible for the actual site conditions.

You need to tell us the destination country and any requirements provided by your architect, builder or local authority. We then check the product specifications and available documents against those requirements. Final approval should be confirmed by your local professional because building, plumbing and electrical rules vary by country and product type.

The approved materials, finishes, colors, hardware and product specifications are recorded before production. Our team checks the order during production and again before packing. Suppliers are not allowed to change approved materials without confirmation. Photos, videos or inspection records can be provided before shipment.

Yes. This is the main purpose of our whole-home service. Different product categories can be planned around the same property, design direction, production schedule and delivery plan. You may source the full package or only the categories that make sense for your project.

Products are delivered from the relevant factories to a coordinated loading location. Our team checks the packing list, product quantities, package labels and loading sequence before consolidation. Packages can be marked by room or product category to make unloading and installation easier at the destination.

Installation is normally completed by your local builder or installers. George Group provides product drawings, installation details, videos and remote technical support where required. Local labor is not included unless a separate installation arrangement has been agreed for the project.

Take clear photos and videos when unloading and checking the shipment. We will compare the issue with the packing and inspection records to identify the cause. If the problem was caused by a production or packing error, we will arrange the required replacement or missing parts. Transit damage may also need to be handled through the shipping company or cargo insurance.

Additional costs may include design, samples, China domestic transport, inspection, export packing, sea freight, cargo insurance, customs clearance, import duty, tax, port charges, local delivery and installation. These costs vary by country and order size. If you place a product order, your whole-home design fee can be deducted from the final payment.
